Creepiest Anime Characters

Who do you think is the creepiest anime character? You know characters that make you cringe or feel uncomfortable to like.

For me I never really encountered a character like that before until this summer. I found a cool anime called Future Diary, and I thought it was so cool until Yuno popped up....needless to say she left me scared of falling in love or dating. Never in my life has yandere character scared me so much.

Anyways, I'm going to say it's a tie between Yuno and everyone from Higurashi, mainly because they all have their own... Shall we say, moments.

How did that happen!? Yuno scared me especially for what she did to Yuki but I agree with you fully, those moments...

Well I have a few I would put in a list but rather than that I have one in particular to complain about while I got the chance. Naomi Misora from the Death Note show. Why you ask? She plans to avenge her newlywed husband's death (so she's a widow) and she is entirely susceptible for no apparent reason other than maybe a feminist stereotype. There was no reason for her Death to happen if she had any common sense.

Very true statement. He's both creepy because he looks like a clown and they're terrifying, and because of his actions. Like, any scene with him and Gon has many layers of creepy, and the faces and sounds he makes doesn't make it any better. It can lead to some funny surface level moments though, but 90% of it is creepier than I'd wish.

It's a tie between the girl in the suit Ganta meets in prison in Deadman Wonderland or Mockingbird. Those two gave me flipping nights mares

*clears throat* Firstly, "feminist stereotype" because she's not gonna stay at home crying? Misa was the stereotype for the dumb blonde girl, so I think it was good to have a strong female character in the show too. Secondly, she gave Light a fake name at first and tricked him so she's certainly smart, plus I don't think many people could've won against Light's Death Note (you go L woooop). Also;

He initially planned for Naomi to have a long involvement in the story but underestimated the character's deductive abilities. Because she was able to uncover crucial plot information "faster than...thought", Ohba decided to end her character early or face complications with the story development later on.

^^This guy. Ichiya from Fairy Tail - he's very uncomfortable and cringey, his design is outrageous and shocking and he is generally very creepy, especially when you consider his 'parfums' magic... That omake episode where all the characters faces were turning into his left me scarred for life. >.> He can sometimes be funny, but on the whole I just wish he was not part of the show...

Still, in one of the recent manga chapters, what happened around him and the Thunder God Tribe was indeed touching. ;-;
