Has any thought of why we cannot cross bread any pokemon i.e. Pikachu and Charizard? I have and i wish they would put them into a pokemon game in the future then it would be ultimate battles between people.

That can't happen. If I'm correct, there are 259560 different combinations of Pokemon, which is way too many.

It'd be impossible genetically, though. A human can't breed with a giraffe. A Mankey can't breed with a Girafarig.

I wouldn't because the design wouldn't look awesome and the way of nature cannot be changed in pokemon.It wouldn't make sense that a charizard can breed with a Pikachu and never will happen.It is good though that pokemon can breed with pokemon of the same species like the monster egg group.
