I am looking forward to Fire Emblem X Shin Megami Tensei. I have no idea what to expect, but I hope it will be good. I would say Mario X Fire Emblem. Commanding the Mushroom Kingdom's forces against Bowser's legions sounds like a fun game. It would be a break from the normal action games of the main Mario series to a more relaxed strategy based adventure.

Wow never thought of the mario part. Good idea I like it! But I feel that they need to add way more mario characters or the game might be short
Yeah, there would be a need for more characters, but Nintendo wouldn't invent new ones for a crossover title. How about Fire Emblem X Smash Bros. Basically you start on the overworld Fire Emblem map and play as you normally would. When you attack, instead of cutting away to a cutscene, you go into an actual stage where you battle it out. That sounds pretty cool to me, a tactical Smash Bros campaign.

. Just needs about 30-50 characters, to be exact 
. Making sure it isn't short is the main problem though 
. Having side-quests would help, and so would having more enemies. Bowser would be be fought at the end of every chapter, just because it's Bowser

Earthbound/Mother x Pikmin because both have neat stories and both plots are driven by real life weaknesses and desires (and creative enemies). Then maybe Spyro x Zelda because both can be 3D and can have action related puzzles to them (let's not forget boss fights). Then Pikmin and Fire Emblem because I'd really like a strategy RPG Pikmin game. Then Mario & Luigi x Mother/Earthbound because the M&L RPG series was okay but they really neat to stop exploring and just have a run command like in M3 with RPG styles of both mixed in (like combos from M3 but the ability to dodge attacks in M&L and of course PK attack combos like the Bros. Attacks in Superstar Saga). And the best crossover to rule them all would be Luigi's Castlevania where you play as Luigi or one of the Belmont family members to take on ghosts and Dracula's Soul

I think it's a bit easier to invent characters with Zelda since you can make something like Hyrule Castle Guard or Hyrule King since it fits in with the universe. With Mario, that might be a bit harder. I mean, if Nintendo wants to do it, they could surely come up with some ideas, but I think they want to protect their IP and not oversaturate it with too many characters.
