ATK 100 = 130
DEF 80
SPATK 80 = 110
SPDEF 80
SPEED 100 =140

(Equals mean after its mega evolution) (Stats are based from Flygon's base stats)

Its ability is Tough Claws which not alot of Pokemon have but when Flygon mega evolves, his physical attacks (tackle, scratch, headbutt, etc...) do 33% more damage than usual.
