This is a cycling town. A cycling town is a place where you adopt villagers that need a new home.
Rules:
1.Only claim one villager at a time
2.Reservations can be made for 20 play coins. This means that if their is a villager you want in my town you can reserve it for 24 hours for 20 play coins. This makes sure that you can get the villager you want 50 percent.
3. Each villager costs 50 play coins to adopt.

Honestly, 100 PC is extremely overpriced. I think the only stuff I've seen being reasonably sold for that price are Virtual Console games and auctions (if they get high enough)

I might eventually buy Lily off of you, but I think my town is full.
