Data transfer Question

If I transfer the data from my Old 3ds to a new one (if I get one), will the old one still have the games or will they be gone from the old one?

If yes, is it a wise idea to download any limited edition themes or any eshop games on my old device and then do Data transfer?

Also, will data transfer work with different NNIDs?

I think that I am quite sure that if you transfer something from one 3DS to another the old one wont have it anymore. >.<
If the old one still had it, then it's almost like "Copying" the game than "Transferring"

I also believe that transfer will work with different NNIDs. For a moment I had confused it with "transferring NNID" xP

But if you were to get a new 3DS wouldn't you just do a system transfer (to still have your NNID)

They anser all question there and they also have a tutorial for a proper data transfer.

Don't make different NNIDs. Also, you can either choose to transfer SD data, or all data to your new one. Get the new themes on the destination 3ds
