Deathnote Netflix adaption - Thoughts?

Deathnote anime was really great, but the Netflix original adaption was not really my type. The name name changes, humorless Ryuk, Personality changes:

Yagami Light - Clever, Shrewd, ruthless, unsuspicious to other people
While
Light Turner - Clever, Bullied, First victim is his moms killer so big suspect

Amane Misa - Madly in love with Yagami Light
While
Mia - Psychopath madly in love with deathnote

Anime L - possibly Japanese, Highly Clever, Keeps calm, Elegant choice of confectionary, strategist.
While
Netflix L - African origin, moderately clever, eats standard candy, lost his mind unlike anime L

Yagami Light's Dad - Though guy working with the good guys, great dad, role model to son.
While
Light Turners Dad - Sissy guy working with the good guys, good dad.


Overall 2/10. I'm sure Anime fans will agree.

I saw one classmate in my school watching the netflix version so i started to watch it a bit from afar afterwards i wanted to scream(like in the deathnote op2). I did not like it even if i take away that it is an anime adaptation.
