Defog or rapid spinner

Almost in every competitive team you can see a defoger or rapid spinner but it is really hard to choose one because both of them have their on advantages and disadvantages but Personally I like rapid spin so much more right now, for a couple of reasons.
Taunt is a useful move on so many things, including threats such as thundurus. Defog is such a crutch for me when I do use it, that mons like thundurus can usually shut down my defogger while posing a huge threat to my team. Predict wrong and you're gone.
I have definitely noticed a decrease in usage of ghosts specifically as spinblockers. Gengar, Aegislash etc are still useful, but stuff like jellicent and trevenant are less popular than they might have been in a similar situation had defog not existed. Knock off is such a powerful move, a lot of ghosts have problems switching into things this gen. Similarly, nearly every spinblocker can be beaten if you choose the right spinner.
Taking all hazards off of the field is nice if you really need it, and works well on something like birdspam. Spinning can be a better alternative if you're using heavy hazards on your own team, or facing something specifically hazard weak. The threat of a spin also lures in ghost types, which can be disposed of by the proper spinners. Regardless of whether or not you need to get the hazards off the field immediately, acting like you do can help you keep up offensive pressure on your opponent. My problem with defog is that many defog users give a lot of safe switch ins. Latios being the most obvious exception, most viable defog users right now are defensive, while most viable spinners are a little more offensive.

Now tell me what you prefer on your team and why?

I almost never use these moves, as all my teams either are resistant to Stealth Rock, have a Poison type to remove Toxic Spikes or have Levitate/ Magic Guard and sometimes Magic Bounce leads. However, I do use Defog on my Flying team to remove Stealth Rock. I prefer it over Rapid Spin for two reasons. One, it removes Screens and lowers evasion, on top of removing hazards. Two, I don't use any entry hazards or screens on any of my teams, making it a good choice. As for the Taunt you mentioned, it's really easy to see it coming! If the opponent has a Pokemon with Prankster or a faster than me potential user, then I simply won't use it. Simple as that.

Sometimes these moves can be very useful specially removing stealth and spikes ...well certain times it is annoying when you switch into other pokemon and loses its hp and i guess there are less pokemon with ability magic bounce and magic guard and most of pokemon with magic bouce do not have great defence except mega sableye

That's the thing, I DON'T switch! I will never switch more than 2 times in a battle and ONLY if it's absolutely necessary. A battle is called a battle because you pit two things against each other to a fight until the end! It's not a battle to see who can switch the most. It's gotten incredibly boring. My strategy is, take anything you can throw at me and then hit as hard as you can. If my Pokemon faints, it's just that it wasn't good enough. Anyway, moving on, why is bulk that important to you? Espeon has enough bulk to even take a +1 Attack Mega Metagross's Bullet Punch or Expert Belt Greninja's Dark Pulse just fine without any investment in defenses or HP. Add Hidden Power Fire and you can deal with all entry hazard users without any problems. No one will put up hazards at the middle or the end of the battle. When you see it coming, switch in, then kill the opponent and it's job is done. Simple as that. It also hits just as hard as a Latios, so it's strong and able to do many things.

I look at it in a simple way, have it got hazards? Do i need protection from rocks?
Yes, yes -> go rapid spin
no , yes -> defog
yes, no -> pff don't need them
no, no -> again don't need them
but ofcourse look if a spinner fits your team, or can you get the right teammate with defog from previous gens.
