Do you ever play a demo before buying the full game?

I normally just check the reviews and rent. Unless I know know it's going to be good and last after I beat story or campaign mode, then I'll skip the demos and rental.

I usually check reviews and then buy it, unless the demo seems worthwhile.

I like to play demos, so I can get a feel for the game. If I enjoy it, then I will buy the full game when it is released.

If Nintendo offered demos, yes, I'd check them out first but they don't so I just stick with reviews on them. For the Playstation though, I usually try a demo out first unless I know I'm going to enjoy the game (Call of Duty)
