I can't prove it isn't, just know that this user has quite a history of selling hacked pokémon. If you think it's safe then go ahead. Just to be sure, let's call the expert @D4rkDragon

As @PersonSP said, I'm not sure if I can trust the seller since he tried many times by the past to sell items/pokémons he hacked in his save. So, in all honesty, I think it'd be better to lock the thread for now until I get a valid proof that the Pokémon wasn't hacked.
