It's now available to download in the eShop ^-^ (I'm not sure about EU eShop though).
I downloaded it earlier today and finished it just minutes ago~
Its battle system reminds me of Fire Emblem Awakening. The ending of the demo made me interested in playing further, but not as much as Fire Emblem Awakening >.<

During the demo, I'm not sure why Hilda wanted to retreat to regroup. I'm guessing she thought the newly born witch could have been more powerful than her and she just wanted to test our her power with her familiars. That's the only explanation I could think of,
