A friend of mine wanted to delete her account, as she did the "l understand" replies, one of them said this:

"Your Nintendo Network lD Friends:

Nintendo Network lD friends are different from those associated with this system's friend list. The system's friends list won't be deleted"

We both have no idea what that means. It sounds confusing. Can someone please explain what that means? Thank you.

I have no idea what that means but I think that means the friends that you register from your home menu is system friends and NNID friends means Miiverse friends

It simply means that when you delete your Nintendo Network ID , Your friends that were registered in your 3ds System , ( by putting their friend code , blah blah ) won't be deleted . NNID Friends and System Friend List Friends are different . ( knowing that sharing friend codes aren't allowed in Miiverse )

I'm guessing NNID friends are the ones you get from the Wii U (since you register friends with your NNID) and System friends refer to the ones on your 3DS (registered with Friend Codes). So I'm guessing it means that by deleting your NNID you'll lose the Wii U friends but keep the 3DS friends.
