This is to stop players from taking the fun away from people who have the DLC. This is for both versions of Smash 4 (Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and Wii U).
There is a max cap of 20 people able to get in this tournament counting me so the winner gets 38 pc { i think its fare i dont have to pay

I will make the match ups. This starts now till August 10th with a break July 2nd 2 o clock EASTERN TIME and start again July 6th.
