), Sacha, Lisa and Cecile ^_^ Nowadays I don't give my Pokémon nicknames anymore, but my brother does though, and he tends to give them posh names, and his Typlosion was called Dorothy It's surprising that almost no one here nicknames their Pokemon, I always thought nicknaming was more common. As for myself, I don't really ever nickname Pokemon. I like doing what NPC trainers do, and since they don't nickname their Pokemon, neither do I x3

I used to call Pikachu 'Sparky' but that was some time ago. xD
Lolz, Free Hugs. That's pretty hilarious.I nickname occasionally, usually when I can come up with something clever...like naming my Butterfree "Lowfat" or my Ferrothorn "Free Hugs", that's about it though.
I think they'd be paying more attention to your OT if you were getting famous for beating people.I only nickname pokemon that I think is special,cool or cute like my charizard I named him Flambo and its nice to nickname pokemon and let other trainer's see it,so then if u have a cool nickname for your pokemon and you beat like a dozen persons,you become famous through the pokemon network.
So yeah nicknames are kinda cool.
