Do you think Hoopa will be released just like diancie or like in shaymin and victini?

Hi guys,
I was wondering the other day, could Hoopa be released just like shaymin or victini?
Or will hoopa be released just like diancie?
Wouldn't it be cool if we are able to go to a mini event similar to the victini one or the shaymin one just to catch hoopa?

I'm hoping it is going to be a mini event with a little of that and this but in my mind mostly it is going to something like diancie but when those codes for him be out it will be crazy that's is for sure just like how it was for diancie.
