SSB for Wii U Do you think Metal Sonic should be playable?

I think Metal Sonic will make a great addition in Smash. His Final Smash should be Metallic Overlord from Sonic Heroes. Since he's metallic, he should be a heavyweight like bowser despite his not so large size. He is probably the same height as Sonic. He should be fast like him, too. This would make him a difficult foe to KO.

I don't know I feel like he would be too much of a Sonic clone, especially if we're talking about a game like Sonic CD then they might be too similar for me. I'm kind of hoping no more clone characters are added to the roster (Roy is an exception though)

Metal Sonic would be really awesome though I think that we would rather need Sonic.EXE more hehehehehe JK Metal Sonic would be cool since he could possess rather different properties than Sonic and his move set can be varied so he could be cool

Contrary to popular belief metal sonic, if he was added, would NOT be a clone. While he does have close to sonics speed keep in Mind metal Sanic is a machine, and comes with the standard array of weaponry such as rocket boots and missiles which he can use to his advantage. Not to mention he has the metal overlord transformation, where he becomes a Ridley. It would be perfect.

Maybe if he was a Mii Swordfighter DLC outfit even though we already have plenty of Mii swordfighter DLC outfits. I'd sort of prefer him to be like Sonic because in StH2 her basically mimicked Sonics moves and used his hover shoes to dash around. however there would be a hard time telling between Metal Sonic and Sonic with a Metal Box or Metal Sonic with a Metal Box so I don't think he deserves to be playable.

I think if we're ever getting anymore Sonic characters, we'd get Tails or Knuckles before we got Metal Sonic. However, I could see a Sonic themed DLC pack, with a couple of new Sonic characters and a few Mii costumes. It's not impossible! Anything's with possible with Smash, nowadays.

I like the idea, I just think that metal sonics speed shouldn't be too close to sonics, but i do think that he could have a totally different moveset than sonic, making him not too close to being a clone

No. If there would be a second SEGA representative for Smash, it shouldn't be a second Sonic character. Because of the rumors of Ryu being a possible DLC fighter. So another SEGA rep should be, in my opinion, Nights or Alex Kidd.

i do not think that metal sonic would be in the game. i think that metal sonic would be another skin of sonic if he was in the game. If he was going to be in the game, i think that metal sonic would be an update.

I don't think that'd be a great idea since we already clouded too many clones on the sm4sh roster. I think that Metal sonic being some kind of alternate color or Dlc color for mii fighters would make more sense. We can hope about that happening tho.

It would be cool but he shouldn't be a clong of sonic tho. I think Shadow would be better because we dont have lots of sonic characters and i would like to see alot more of sonic characters. Shadow would have different combos / attacks than sonic and shouldn't be a clone but it would be cool to see Metal Sonic in
