Do you think the wii u could handle party chat?

This would've been so cool and would be pretty awesome. It would be similar to skype and maybe you could
like talk to people on your friends list as a group call
What do you guys think? Will the wii u be capable to have something like this patched in?

I think it would be a convenient feature, but I foresee it as being a application for a small audience of people using it when Skype is readily available on many computers today. If Nintendo somehow managed to add a way to stream gameplay to your friends or some other cool feature, then there is some merit to creating such an application.

Yes!!!! That needs to happen cause it would be awesome to watch mario kart 8 live and I get to watch my clan members war other clans! That would be so much fun and I would use it more then skype

There is Wii U chat, not that anybody uses it, though. So, yeah, I'd say group chat is a likely possibility. Now doing it ingame is another story.

I think that would be terrific, being able to chat with your friends around the world and at the same time! Anyway, I am just quite happy to be able to at least make a videocall with just one friend so to me this feature is a really good one.
