Yes Because If They Dont Then tourney mode is a waste the point of is to have fun with freinds and cpu in a reallyy long tourney having it limited to only online means hacks lags spammers all the things you dont want to happen ... SO LIKE REPLY AND TELL IF TOURNEY OFFLINE WILL HAPPEN SOON OR MAYBE NEVER HAPPEN AND REPLY

Well it was local play in Melee as well as Brawl but only high level Smashers use it or just don't care at all so most likely it will never happen because most people can make a bracket with just a notepad and paper or Challonge so yeah. Unless you haven't found it yet I'd say a local play/offline version would never happen because it would be a waste of space/memory.
