Does amiibo work with Super Mario 3D World?

i tried it with all of my amiibos (which are mario luigi peach and fox)

No, they do not. Even though Mario series Amiibo have been announced, Amiibo support for Super Mario 3D World has not been announced. They will mainly be for Mario Party 10, and the Toad Amiibo will be for Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker.

Nope, I don't think that Mario World was ever compatible with amiibos since amiibos came out after this game (I think) Yes, I know that some games (i.e. Shovel Knight) have support, but I believe that Nintendo will eventually support most of their games in the near future (hopefully)
