Does anyone else hate umbreon with a burning passion?

Personally I love that Eeveelution along with Jolteon, Vaporeon, and Sylveon. Especially when Umbreons' shiny (you can't go wrong with black and blue).

But I'm just curious as to why you hate it? That's the first time I heard someone hating a Eeveelution.

I cos I literally spent almost an hour fighting one umbreon in a WiFi battle and all the person did the whole damn time was spam wish ,protect and foul play. It was hands down one of the most aggravating experiences I have had in my life to date. Definately atleast top 3.

Maybe try getting one yourself and you won't hate it so much,

I use one on my team and it's so useful with skarmory. :3

I used umbreon once about 2 years ago, and I felt so unholy afterwards. From that day on I promised myself I would never use that monstrosity ever again.

Just deal with him like you would with any other wall, Taunt. Heck I took down my friend's Umbreon with a good Taunt and Torment combo.

Huh? Umbreon has a great design and awesome for playing competitive but it is pretty easy to beat if you have competitively trained pokemon and if you have competitive skill, it should be easy... Just switch to a different poke when it wishes or protects...

And another good tip to mention is when he is trying to heal/stall that's your chance to start setting up your Pokemon with stat boosts or substitutes.

fyi my Pokemon are trained and i have been WiFi battling for a good 2 years now. I don't know what kinda umbreons you have faced, but in what plain of existence Is umbreon easy to take down. And I don't know if you meant it or not, but your comment seems quite snarky and rude to me.

But seriously Umbreon isn't that bad, plus in official battles I believe such a set wouldn't even be allowed. Plus any bug fighting or fairy type with high physical attack can easily take it out, there's nothing broken or bad about it.

the set they used is the one predominantly used by umbreon and why do people act as if umbreon was the only Pokemon on the guys team. I had a talonflame that did well over half to his umbreon, but its hard to do more with it when the guy had a rotom wash
and a rocky helmet quagsire as well. Also your suggesting I should have a physical fairy or bug or fighting type Mon on EVERY single team I run, JUST IN CASE they have an umbreon. Try dealing with that and then tell me umbreon isn't that bad

There's really no reason to actually hate on Umbreon >_> Maybe you should try to develop a tactic against an Umbreon instead of complaining of how it's annoying . Just use a Pokemon that can knock it out easily with a super effective attack then it's all ok I can see your point though ...

Umbreon had amazing defenses and i agree is really hard to kill. Not even super effectives can kill easily. Plus those moves are great for umbreon.
What helps me calm down is killing a bunch of the same pokemon that killed me. But there u go, that's what competetive players do

Well i can't hate that pokemon that pokemon is cool or maybe coolest pokemon every that pokemon is a beast with lot of defence and with wish +heal bell............. Well said By @rawrrie you won't hate that pokemon if it will be on your side!!

I do't really hate umbreon, but I have never used one, or had to deal with one. I guess any stally pokemon can be very annoying, I know how that feels, just not being able to take out a pokemon is just so frustrating. i guess you jut had a bad experience with umbreon.
