Wasn't the pack free? I never played the game on xbox but I'm pretty sure the DLC is free on the actual microsoft store. Maybe you should check it on there if you haven't.

>Go to Skate 3's page
>Open the Extras/DLC page
>Select Skate Share Pack
>Download it

tell me if this works or not, I just asked my cousin who has Skate on the x360 and he confirmed that it does in fact work.
