Does anyone know when ACNL Plaza is reopening

I want animal crossing plaza but when is it going to be available again?

I don't think it will be available again, it's a discontinued service, they shut it down. so either there will be something new, or there will be nothing at all. Now only the ones who already downloaded it can use it, even though most of the services don't work anymore.
