I stopped playing them 6 months ago. but i was a long time fan of runescape, world of warcraft, diablo and rift. man those games were fun.. way to addicting though, it was getting in the way of real life. so i dropped them. thats why i life the 3ds so much! you can play for a little while. put it on sleep. and do whatever come back and play again.. no raiding. no time commitments.

what mmos have you played? and what do you have to say about them?

Dungeons and Dragons Online, never have I enjoyed an MMO the way I enjoyed this brilliant game.

It plays like your typical MMO but with DnD 3.5 rules though understandably a few changes were made. This game has interactive quests and it actually has great storytelling unlike some AAA titles out there. The inclusion of having a Game Master narrate your adventure while you explore a dungeon is one of the best touches I've seen.

Dungeons and Dragons Online
9/11 would play again

I played WoW for a long long time. I played quite a bit of Ragnarok, Silk Road and Flyff when they released but none of them had quite the stayig power of WoW.

Do I play MMOs? M-NO!!...that was a horrible pun. I am ashamed

In all seriousness though, I do want to play wow and the like, but I have no computer ;-;

I did 4 years ago for Fiesta online but stop playing MMO for no reason but want to get back playing MMO games.

Used to play a lot of Ragnarok Online. Also did a bit of Dragon Nest but quickly got bored of it's repetitiveness.
Right now the only MMO(RPG) I play is Aura Kingdom, its specs make my laptop cry though so I play it sparingly lol.

I used to play AdventureQuest and the like by Artix Entertainment as a kid, if that counts. Good times good times :cat: Never made much progress but it was still fun. And I tried to play Gunz which looked amazing, but I couldn't download it (slow internet) and it was free-to-play but I couldn't which is heartbreaking :cry:

Pirates of the Caribbean online waaay back in 2007 and 2008. There was so much to do in that online game from sailing around the Caribbean to PvP matches in a place similar to Davy Jones locker. Too bad the MMO closed in 2013. Such great moments with that game... :woot:

On occasion, I play FlapMMO. It's basically Flappy Bird, but online. xD

I played WoW for a long time but stopped a while ago. I played Aion too, since Beta for about 1 year maybe? Then I discovered Tera... I tend to always get back to Tera, it's really fun with a controller (yes, for real, with a controller). When you fight against BAMs with a controller, it's so much fun ;__;

I play digimon masters, adventure quest worlds, ...and I can't remember the rest.

I've played too many to keep track of them all... I only really keep note of one's I like.

For whatever reason, Guild Wars 2 is the first MMO I have ever commited myself to. Archeage is a close second. I don't know what it is about it though.
Its got some nito mechanics in it that I was taken aback to see, such as a necromancer that doesn't rely solely on Summons, and the lack of MP/SP. Just straight cool downs only. But that wasn't the hook, line and sinker. It was probably because it was the first MMO I had actually any interest in its lore. Most MMO's always follow this archetype for races and their history and it all becomes so 'rinse and repeat-ish.' I'll praise Arenanet for breaking that cycle.

I guess there's also Wakfu. That was a nice change from what I normally see, though I haven't touched it in a few years, and it requires paid subscriptions. Don't remember too much about it other than it functioned as if it was Final Fantasy: Tactics.

Oh my god, I completely forgot about poptropica and adventure quest, though I preferred dragon fable to aq. God, I loved those games. I need to go back and replay them XD

I mainly play anime MMORPG's. Like Aura kingdom, Crystal Saga, Elsword. I hope that Peria Chronicles is released soon (that was off topic of what I just said. Sort of.)... It seems like so much fun! But my favourite is always gonna be onigiri because it's placed in japan. I'm pretty much obsessed with japan. All though, I used to play webkinz so much, that my mom limited me to half an hour back when I played webkinz. I also played pixie hollow for quite a while. It got shut down at some point, but i didn't really play it anymore at that point anyways.

I love MMOs! When I was in 6th grade I played nearly all the MMOs available.
Right now I'm still playing Dragon Nest. But my favourite game has to be Maple Story. I made many friends and a lot of good memories. Sadly, the game is not doing well now and is closed in many countries :cry:

If anyone's playing Dragon Nest right now tell me and lets meet! (I'm playing SEA btw)

I used to play Planetside 2. It's a wonderful, open world FPS game with hundreds of players on every map. I spent a ton of time on that game until I finally got tired of it. It has sort of reached a wall in terms of content development for the last 1 1/2 years, but it's definitely a fresh, fun experience for a new player.
