In the case 1 (We need to pay PC for RPG), the answer is No. The roleplays don't use the PCs. The author of a roleplay generally create an alternative to the PCs in his roleplay.

In the case 2 (Do we get PCs for Roleplays), the answer is No, too. Your posts will be added to your total of posts, but, you won't get any PC.

So, to resume everything in a single line:
"You can't pay and you can't earn PCs in the Roleplay Section."
