I looked but I can't find it in the game.
 
Not currently, however it looks like there's multiple leaks saying that it will be coming in a future patch.

Please just give me an ice flower and a 3D world theme for SMM2.
 
They will add what is possible for them at the time. They do what they want and they don't get dictated around by the players.

The leaks are from earlier in the year, is also mixed with press sentences which included mention of the ice flower. So either it was removed pre-launch, or it's in the works.

No, they're not because they would have had a reason for it. No one would have gone "I hate the ice flower, we're going to delete it".
 
Well why do they have to postpone its release?
