Did anybody here play Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat?
For those wondering, it was originally a little platform game on the Gamecube which you played using the bongos from Donkey Konga. It was later ported to the Wii and used the Wiimote+Nunchuk instead of the instrument.
As for me, I only played the GC version. I thought using the bongos was really quirky and interesting, though the game itself was kinda short and once the novelty of playing a platform game with an instrument was over, well, the game didn't have much else going for it. The Wii versions sounds terrible if it doesn't even have the quirky feature that made it interesting in the first place.
