It feels like no one talks about the game that started it all: Donkey Kong. Mario was known as Jumpman back then. That means Mario is actually 34 years old. But it was a great game back in the 80's.

If mario aka as jumpman was on the first nintendo game shigeru ever made how come nintendo has lied about his age being 30 instead of 34

I do recall watching numerous videos on this particular topic. Donkey Kong is quite the classic and even though I'm super terrible at it, it's still fun regardless. I'm pretty sure there's a lot of references to this game as well. I remember feeling really confused when Mario was also known as Jumpman

Jumpman is not Mario. Jumpman is simply Mario's father. The donkey kong in that game is Cranky Kong. Mario didn't receive his name until 4 years later
