Don't Hug Me I'm Scared: Discussion Thread

So, if you have been watching Film Theory lately or you just stumbled upon the Musical/Horror Don't Hug Me I'm Scared, you may have learned that the 6 episode series of YouTube videos aren't as friendly as they appear and there are quite a few mysteries revolving around the series. I'll link the videos, but I'll warn anyone who hasn't watched the videos now.

I'm no expert on rating things, but if this was given a rating by ESRB, they would likely be T for Teen on the account of blood and horror.

I have the theory its about the media,we see the Orange Guy's dad controlling alot of recording equipment during the show
The first episode is about how the mainstream media tries to drain creativity out of everything
I dont really have a theory about the second one yet
The Third one is about the media telling you what you need
The 4th one is how the mainstream media uses the internet,and when it becomes clear that someone is filming the whole film
The 5th one is about Food Companies bringing children to buy (mostly unhealthy food) trough putting their fave characters on the packaging
The 6th one ends with all of them having their fave colors as i guess skin color?The orange one even is green despite the makers hating the color

There is alot of other stuff to analyse too,but ill leave that to other people

It felt alot like the ending,considering the recording unit of the show was deactivated and they ended up all having their fave colors as skin color

After seeing Ep 5, I can never eat Peking Duck the same way again.

Am I the only one who is reminded by dory when seeing the can in the 5th one? any way The series is very creepy and I really do hope they make a seventh one of these its so satisfyingly terrifying and interesting I also noticed that the bird has an auto tune voice, I thought that was in my head but it was always in the show XD wonder why? maybe he ate a computer like Fin from adventure time (at least that's something what wont make your teeth grey)
