Also, I never bid for the second Hoopa, the loophole was i could bid LESS than the highest amount and still have rights to second hoopa due to the Rules of this auction. You guys totally missunderstood my play. I think @Superbossboo understood that I wasnt explicitly bidding for the second hoopa itself, but was placing A bid.
