There is a new currency that was added to Fortnite, gold. Gold can be used to buy Exotic weapons, upgraded weapons, and consumables from different NPCs across the map. However, only ways to earn the gold is to complete quests brought by NPCs, or do bounties u get from NPCs, loot chest, ammo boxes, even destroying structures, or just kill other players. The easiest would be killing other players and looting, but they are not the highest paying. (once in a while, u find a small safe filled with 100 gold) The highest paying is by doing bounties, but it can be dangerous and hard. Bounties are completed when the target is eliminated, either by you or someone else (poached). Often times, you have to go across the map to hunt them down, (there is a yellow circle on the map showing where they are, does not show exact point where they are at, just an estimation) but there is a surprisingly easy way. This may be a glitch, but i think it's just the devs not realizing how they made the system work, so it may be patched soon. Basically, anybody near you when you get the bounty becomes the target, they could be miles away tho. So, what you do, hop into a duos, trios, or squads, so you can knock down players. Once a player is knocked down, carry them to the nearest NPC that sells bounties, then take the bounty finish off the knocked down player. Of course, you would need to be in a close proximity to the NPC so the player doesn't "bleed out".
