yeah ok il just leave out flareon and look up what OU stand's forVoted for Flareon because the others are generally much better than him in OU, and pretty much any Tier they are allowed in in general. Flareon has good attack, but dismal speed and little coverage. It's hopeless in a Tier like OU.
Jolteon is fast, can hit relatively hard, but is frail and does not find OU a Tier is works in as well as it once did in Gen V. It is still viable though.
Glaceon is slow like Flareon, but has good bulk going for it, although it still isn't something you would use in OU.
Leafeon has decent Speed, great Defence and good Attack, but poor Special Defence lets it down. Due to being walled and outsped easily by a lot of Pokemon in OU, it's also not recommended for OU.
Umbreon is amazingly bulky and is a great Wish passer, especially in OU. There are few Pokemon in UU that can OHKO it with the right spread and even in OU it can function very well.
Espeon can set up Dual Screens or Baton Pass. It doesn't have bulk, especially Defence, but it does have good Speed and good Special Attack. It's got a fantastic Hidden Ability in Magic Bounce to allow it to 'Bounce' back any status (including Spikes and SR), making it able to set up Screens and set up Entry Hazards if used correctly.
Sylveon is a great Wish passer in OU, with excellent Special bulk, not so much Physically. It can also play offensively with Specs or become a team's dedicated Cleric (but it's low Physical Bulk is detrimental to this job).
Overall, Flareon is the worst choice out of all of them, as it really does not have anything going for it sadly. It's bad coverage, low Speed and low Defense aren't made up for by it's good Attack.
ok thxyeah ok il just leave out flareon and look up what OU stand's for
