Error code 2137-7503 when checking/downloading from eShop

Lately I noticed something odd when I'm downloading some demos or redownloading some games that I purchased on the eShop. When I try to download them from eShop, it won't show signs of downloading that time, and when I checked some updates of some Switch games, error code of 2137-7503 pops up.

Apparently this code says that the server is on maintenance, even though when I checked the site when I'm writing this, it says that all servers are operating normally. So I'm wondering, is there anything I should do about it, or do I have to just wait? Thanks in advance.

So the issue wears off when things gets fixed on the server's end, so if you have this error code, you have no choice but to wait, but it'll surely be fixed sooner or later. The wait is tad bit longer than I expected tho.
