-Earthquake
-Rock Slide
-Superpower

Garchomp @ Focus Sash - Sand Rush
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide

-Stone Edge

Terrakion @ Life Orb - Justified

Dragalge @ Assault Vest - Adaptability
-Dragon Pulse

-Scald

Charizard @ Choice Scarf - Blaze
-Hidden Power Dark
-Solar Beam
-Heat Wave
-Focus Blast

Well there you have it. Dissect this, tear it apart, beat it up, completely discard it and start new, do whatever you want with this. Heck, go test it on showdown and find what works, I don't care, do whatever needed. Just give me improvements, they will be needed for this new format in VGC2016.

Firstly, Garchomp doesn't have access to Sand Rush, and Sand Veil is frowned upon in most battle formats if that is what you intended; run Rough Skin.

I think your team as you have it is far too vulnerable to Will O Wisp and could use at least one more taunt user to deal with that.

To add space for a Taunt user, you have Charizard and Dragalge. I'd tell you ditch them both as they don't serve your team well and there are a million others who would support your team far better, like any Prankster user.

Admitting this leads to the main fundamental problem with this team, this team would make for a horrible doubles set because it lacks any sense of direction and is somewhat just thrown together. By this I' m referencing how, excusing Garchomp and Terrakion, they're all singles sets, and four of your six Pokémon are fairy weak, four again are ice weak, and the last two are water weak, which is is horrible for you, since water and ice attacks are commonly paired together. You have a lot of great attackers here, but all of these Pokémon are good at different things and don't synergize well together, or at least not like this... For this purpose, you have Garchomp and you have Salamence, pick one, or the other; having both hurts you much more than playing either one solo.

I'm assuming that you're planning this team under our current vgc rules since you've mentioned adding a primal, and that is why I'm assuming you're making a doubles team here (you have not specified). In doubles teams, you can't just take anything as it is and hope to win with it. It takes a certain amount of planning beforehand to even stand a chance in this play style.

So following up with what I've just said, we've freed up three team spots... You have Landorus, Terrakion, and a dragon of your choosing. Pick the dragon last, take the one best suited to the team that you'll create. For all four questionable spots, pick your Pokémon carefully; as you pick them, know why you're picking them and be methodical about it. Develop a plan for your team and synergize them better. Do this much at least so that the team you build has an equal chance at victory when you fight.

Good luck with your set, it's a mess right now, but I hope you work this out, yo. Plan and test, plan and test, do it until the nonsense makes sense, yo, and when that happens, maybe you'll have a solid set...

Again, good luck.

P.S. I see now that you did specify, sorry about the false claim.
