Evolution changes

Which Pokemon do you think has the most changes (in terms of appearance, stat boosts and abilities) when they evolve? perhaps they start off as very small and not very appealing-looking (and very weak in general).

the one to comes to mind is Feebas -> Milotic. Feebas is very small, ugly and weak but when it evolves it's pretty and gains high stat boosts.

do you know of any others that are similar?
 
Samurrot seemed to have one of the biggest design changes from Dewott. It goes into an awesome samurai, to a strange quadrupedal legged Armored Sea Otter o3o

Don't get me wrong, I love the Oshawott family designs. Oshawott is cute and chill. Dewott just has this cool look over there, while Samurott is just the odd one. It's design is cool and all, but I think they could've made the design better, where it doesn't undergo a strange evolution (design-wise).
 
Magikarp because it tirns into a serpent like thing.
Also its kinda like Milotic and Feebas.
Magikarp is weakest pokemon but turns into this beast Dragon/water thing

Whoa, I didn't even know that Feebas evolved into Miloctic, because it was ugly and seemed to me like Magikarp... Boy was I wrong!

I think magikarp even though he is weak at first and his moves and stats are lame,train him up to lv 20 and he shall become gyarados,a beast who destroys everything in his path plus every 5 lvs he learns a new move up to lv 55,though I think his mega evolution should have been a dragon/water like kingdra and have an awesome and dragon like appearance.
 
Eevee just for the simple reason that it has more than 5 evolutions, or as i would like to call them: eeveelutions :).
It is a little bit strange that eevee can evolve in so many pokemons
