SSB for Wii U Falcon's bad matchups

Captain Falcon is known for being able to pull off easy combos, having great speed, and some very strong attacks. However, if you find yourself constantly losing to a good Falcon player, here are some options for you to counter them.

Pikachu - Pikachu can stop Falcon in his tracks using his Neutral B and following up with up tilt and aerials. Pikachu can also grab Falcon after hitting him with Neutral B and then follow up with Forward throw to a Forward Air.

Zero Suit Samus - I think everyone knows about ZSS's easy bake combos. Yea well these combos tend to ruin a Falcon combo and essentially turns it into her own combo. Plus her ranged grab makes it easier for her to grab Falcon from a safe distance and then perform the usual down throw to up b combo.

Sonic - Because speed is power against Falcon. Sonic's easy side b to forward air combos is not only a good approach towards a Falcon allows for a safe distance from the Forward air and maybe you can follow up with an up b and down air combo if you're lucky.

I think there are more characters that have a better matchup against Falcon but these 3 are the ones that I know can give Falcon mains a hard time on the smash field.

Even though what you said is quite accurate ( especially Zero Suit Samus and Sonic ) though it still might be hard for Pikachu to land combos on Falcon since Neutral B can be easily dodged and cumulative damage done to Pikachu can be dangerous since he is a mostly light character but it's still some good tips

I remembered playing as pikachu and caption falcon side A just destroys pikachu so early in the game. A good captain falcon is so fast You won't see it coming. But his recover sucks, I can easily edge guard him and make him fall. Have to react quick though.

Well according to my friends (one a falcon main other a pikachu main) the pikachu player would bait falcon by running up and doing forward air causing the falcon to run forward and then that lets pikachu get the neutral b and then (if no DI) will cause falcon to move towards Pikachu and then start with up tilt ×3 then doing an up air or back air. But then again everyone plays different (although a smash forum did say Pikachu can outplay falcon)

i dont have so much problems against the three listed characters, if you study thier attacks there will be no problemm anymore.Like @Larsi mains ZZS and mostly i win against him with CF. And sonic is thw worst character ever made (little spam character)

Any character with a projectile or projectiles is good against Falcon. The key is to have a strong neutral game against Falcon so in theory any character is good against Falcon. Typically top tier characters like Luigi and Rosalina should have pretty easy time against CF. Although if you are a good smash player like Zero CF is a force to be reckoned with as he has some strong/useful aerials and if he goes deep for the KO I think some character would have a lot of trouble against him.

I think CF has a bad MU with Pikachu, Ness ( A little), Rosalina, and zero suit samus. Because Captain Falcon is a very strong and fast character and rosalina had a great form to beat characters like that. And its just hard for CF players to beat these kind of characters

Falcon lacks a projectile, so he has had match ups with projectile users. Link, ZSS, Samus, Mega man and more can overwhelm him projectile. But he is also susceptible to combos, which is a no no for him. But Captain Falcon can get through those obstacles.
