Favorite Gym Leader

Personally my favorite is Lieutenant Surge. He is kinda funny when he talks to you about the war. He also has one of the hardest beginning puzzles. In Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, if you can find him, you can give him a normal Pikachu he will give you a French Pikachu. He also started the mystery of the Great Pokemon World.

Don't you mean Heart Gold and Soul Silver? Also the Great Pokemon War.

Anyway my favourite Gym Leader Kanto-wise would be Koga. He's by far the most challenging Gym Leader to fight in my play-throughs normally, especially when he inflicts badly-poisoned status in FR/LG. Plus his appearance in the Elite Four by Gen II was a nice surprise at the time.
