Lance from the Johto region of games. He has some powerful dragon pokemon and he looks cool. xD
he's got a nice personality too.

I like Red the most since has no personality but has some awesome Pokemon. His battle theme is also pretty awesome. I also like Steven from Pokemon R/S because he gave me a Beldum. I thought that was pretty generous.
