I saw one thread about the best fire type Pokemon. I feel like it would be better to make a more comprehensive thread. So what are your favorite Pokemon of each type?

Steel: possibly Ferrothorn or Steelix
Poison: Roserade
Bug: Kricketune (not really into much bug types :p)

Flying: Swablu. He's a flying type right?
Fighting: Riolu? I don't use this type much.
Rock: Tyranitar because it looks cool.
Ground: Toterra because I'm lame and can't think of anything.
Steel: Skamory
Poison: Roselia
Bug: Levanny
Ghost: Litwick. It's adorable
Psychic: If for even a moment you were assuming this answer wouldn't be Espurr I don't know what kind of life you're living.
Dark: Weavile or Umbreon. This one's actually a tie because I love them both. Oh, and there's Absol.
Ice: Sneasel and Swinub.
Dragon: Mega Ampharos
Fairy: Garvedoir

I'm lame and probably spelt more than half these wrong.
 
Normal: Eevee, he is so cute and he has so many evolutions!
Fire: Infernape, ah the DP version of Greninja memories oh sweet memories.
Water: Greninja, his shiny version is very cool and on top of that he is just so OP.
Electric: Pikachu Jolteon, this guy is cool, cute, adorable and OP for a electric type.
Grass: Torterra, I just love the design in general and I picked him as a starter in DP when I played the game over and over again.
Ice: Weavile, I just like this Pokemon's design and his attack and speed stat are above average and is ferocious foe in double battles, singles too
Fight: Blaziken, remember when I was at the fire type, well I couldn't decide between these two so I had to figure out some way to put them in. This Pokemon is so OP because of its speed boost ability and his great attack stat he is very good in battle.
Poison: Venasaur, this guy is super OP and a classic favorite of mine in the older Pokemon games.
Ground: Flygon, I just love b is design and he is one of the very first Pokemon I caught in hoenn when I was playing nuzlocke on ORAS.
Flying: Talonflame, two words "gale wings" I mean what were you thinking gamefreak, what!
Psychic: Gallade, I just love this guy and his movepool I just love the moves he can learn and his great design not mega and mega.
Bug: Levanny, when I wasn't into competitive and I just played Pokemon for fun I used this guy on my first journey through unova in my first time playing Pokemon white.
Rock: Rhyperior, his design is just so amazing and his movepool has access to stone edge, E-Quake and hammer arm!
Ghost: Gengar, his speed and special attack and ability make him very fearful in battles very fearful especially when he is in his mega forme.
Dragon: I love all dragon types but I would have to say Goodra, I just love the design and his HA helps him speed up and if you speed up enough he can become a big threat but sap sipper is great on this guy and if you use it on him you will wish you had a time machine.
Dark: Zorua, he is just so adorable and I do like zoroark too I just love Zorua he is so cute and adorable and his ability is pretty awesome.
Steel: Scizor, his attack and his ability with priority--wow that is pretty dangerous thank god gamefreak made him have bad speed!
Fairy: Sylveon, his shiny version just looks so much like cotton candy doesn't it, it even is so cute and what! Strong and doesn't have bad speed but still he has access to a great stab and recovery!!

Normal: Staraptor - Epic design and can hit hard! And it's a gen 4 mon.

Grass: Roserade - Again a pretty awesome design and its gen 4.

Water: Lapras - I just love this mon, I just think this thing is beautiful.

Fire: Volcarona - best of gen 5, I love that moth.

Electric: Luxray... Obviously.

Flying: Staraptor as above

Fighting: Infernape. My first ever Pokemon. It has a place in my heart.

Rock: Tyranitar. It's really the only rock type I like...

Ground: Garchomp. Gen 4 and pretty good competitively. Plus Cynthia has one.

Steel: Empoleon. Again gen 4. One of the starters and I love it's design.

Poison: Gengar. I love it but idk why...

Bug: Volcarona as above.

Ghost: Cofagrigus. Not a big fan of ghost but this coffin is pretty nice.

Psychic: Starmie. Not a big fan of psychic either but I like Stamie a lot.

Dark: Hydreigon. It's shiny version is absolutely amazing. Pretty decent competitively as well!

Ice: Glaceon. Beautiful design. So cute and an amazing SpAtk. Too bad ice isn't viable competitively...

Dragon: Garchomp - As above.

Fairy: Mawile. Most scary fairy (mega) I'd love to see this back in OU.

Water: Greninja (Most useful pokemon imo)
Fire: Infernape (Iron Fists ftw)
Electric: Eelectross (My first comp pokemon, still stands strong today!!)
Flying: Staraptor (Brave Birds 4 Days)
Fighting: Lucario (He's just cool)
Rock: Golem (Defensive and Sturdy)
Ground: Flygon (Another cool mon except not a fan of ice lol)
Steel: Steelix (mostly Mega Steelix)
Poison: Scolipede (Speed boosts)
Bug: Galvantula (Every Child's Nightmare :3)
Ghost: Bannette (It's an abandoned toy for crying out loud ;-;)
Psychic: Alakazam (Amazing Special Attack, especially with Calm Mind)
Dark: Umbreon (First eeveelution, also most trolly)
