I would say Elm because who else would send emoticons to other professors? XD He is the most new school of the professors and I wouldn't mind if there were younger ones in the games.

Oak for me.. This prorofessor is the first person I met when played my first game..it got some good personality and funny in a way ,sometimes I wonder ,have this pokemon professor had met each other face to face before.. Never shown that anyway..
