Earlier a couple of us were talking about how the secret base wouldn't be making a return in the Pokemon Sun and Moon games. I was hoping for a worthy replacement after learning about the games' new online features.

Some people still want their Pikachu to follow them wherever they go :p

Do you have a specific feature you want to see return or added to the Pokemon Sun and Moon games?

If you count features that did coming back, long before the reveal I was wondering if Pokémon Amie would be back in some way on form until the reveal that it came back under the name of Pokémon Refresh, and the same also goes with Trainer Customization.

However, I'm wondering if Ball Capsules and Seals that give customized effects will have a comeback though, since I was having great time deciding which flashy effects should I choose when summoning my Pokémon from the Pokéball.

I'm hoping for the return of the DexNav. Imo, it's the single most reliable method of farming items and mon in-game, and I feel it'd be horrible to let it waste as just a Hoenn exclusive feature. The Friend Safari. I feel, is also another very reliable thing that really shouldn't be left behind; but this all said, I'm fine with anything as long as these games aren't like B/W.

Nah, no Pokes following you. Since our trainer sprites got limbs, I think it'd be strange to have a Charizard that's just a bit taller then me following me around. And what if you don't want a Pikachu in your party? It could be cool if you could choose, like all the smaller pokes.

I used to like my Kiwi to follow me. Kiwi's a Rayquaza.

It was so fun in SS/HG, but I don't think it'd be as fun now, Idk what Pokes heights are, but I'm sure there some strange ones.

And especially since it showed they're shiny forms too.

Well, RayRay's 23 ft tall, the biggest of mon, I don't think we need to worry about much else.

lol, no, I wouldn't think so.

Honestly if there's too many strange features it will make the hardcore aspect of Pokemon look like a variety show (no bueno). But considering how Pokemon players like some mild change in their gameplay I suggest that secret bases be removed for something original as it's a recycled feature (You've played the DS Mainseries games locally right @Marc?). The competitive aspect right now appears to be spot on yet we don't want spoiled brats (a.k.a. College Students) to make fools of themselves so sticking with the basics is all that really needs to happen. XY did it right. SM should be a reskin of that with added non-monetized migration.

Oh yeah, and I want those Gen 3 Stat boost berries to be more accessible and not be in some cryptic location for competitive reasons. Bartering online for them is close to impossible.

Dude, log in to the pgl and play a game, they were there the entire gen and much more accessible than it had ever been in prior years. And then you could also grow the bulk of them as well, so that may not be 100% sound.

That aside, another thing that'd be nice as a recurring feature in the game, is not having the need to have fly and or have some odd series of extremely dedicated slaves whose sole purpose is too mend the laziness of some 14 year old NPC who wants to get to the other side of a stream, but isn't prepared to swim to the other side.

"Come on out, Manaphy! I'm gonna stand on your back as you swim across the water, don't get me wet!"

PGL is a good reference but I'm entitled to my opinion and it still stands.

Navigation is easy in any Pokemon game what is your point (a.k.a. thesis)?

At least on New 3DS

I want no restrictions on Pokemon, Megastones, etc. Everything should be usable in either one of the game from previous generations. I hate the fact that I can't use ORAS megas in my Pokemon Y game.

I would like to see something like the eon flute feature in oras, except a little bit more integrated with the gameplay, though I really liked the oras version anyways

I'm surprised they made it as tall as an actual palm tree.

Sorry, I overlooked this post, but my point was that it's been extremely long since anyone's had to search trade boards or obscure places to get any of those berries, and it's not something that ever was a necessity in sixth gen; that's also specifically what I was calling unsound.

Speaking of which, let's hope berry and breeding mechanics don't regress.
