I have no idea
Towns Folk
NOTE: It still hasn't been built yet, I'm just asking for feedback for now(and saving up money)

This is my first PC build, so don't expect it to be perfect:

I had to make it in a small case like that because I don't have a lot of space, but I still wanted a decent gaming PC. I originally wanted to keep it under $500/600(or $700 at best) by going with a GTX 1050 Ti, but I changed my mind and went for a 1060. I also considered an RX 480 for a while, but I got scared with the whole power issues thing, and Nvidia also has Shadowplay which would help with recording YT videos(and Ansel, but that's not as useful)

This looks like a nice PC for the price. But, I think a 2TB or bigger hard drive maybe better if you use a lot of software, play a lot of games, and need a lot of storage space to store video files, and other big files.

Does building a PC in a smaller Mini-ITX case save a lot of space since most PC towers seem to use more vertical space, and less horizontal desk space, so if your desk is long enough you can still fit a monitor, small printer, PC speakers, keyboard and mouse.

I'm always worried that my computer would be more likely to overheat, or get heat damage when using smaller cases where heat can have a harder time escaping the air vents.

My desk is not big, but I can fit a tower PC, 19 inch monitor, keyboard, mouse, mouse pad, and stereo PC speaker on top of the desk.

I would probably use a mid tower case, but I need to be able to carry this in a suitcase, since I'm currently living abroad. From what I've heard, Mini-ITX cases can get if you're not careful, but that using a reference/blower style fan(strangely enough, as they're usually known for not being very good) helps keep the case cooler

I also have a few hard drives lying around, including two 1 TB ones, which I could use for a bit(I originally planned on going with a hybrid drive, but they would make things too expensive)

Also I updated the list with an i5 instead: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dC8zCy

I feel a mid-tower or smaller ATX case may give your PC more protection from being dropped, and bumps while in a suitcase than a Mini-ITX case looks more fragile, and offer less protection from drops, falls, and bumps.

A Core i5 would be a better CPU for Gaming.
