What strategies in fire emblem fates do you have? Are they offense, defense, or both!
I have a decent strategy and that is always if possible attack the enemy healers first that way they don't heal up the boss or something like that.

Mine is luring the enemy out and ganging up on them. It's simple and quite efficient. And I get Dwyer to entrap an enemy so I can hexing rod that enemy (if it's difficult to beat) and attack them with a pebble to lower their stats. I then send my avatar and Kana in a pair to do aggressor damage with an extra 35% trigger chance of skills (with a combination of different skills) and either Ignis, Aether or Dragon fang deals a lot of damage to it when used.

I've always wondered how do you get aeither

With DLC. It's the DLC called Vanguard Dawn. You fight an onslaught of enemies and you have to defeat three bosses (or survive 15 turns) with the drops of 'Aether' (which you inquired about), 'Veteran Intuition' and 'Heavy blade' and completion gives you the Vanguard Brand. And the free DLC gives you the ability to change one female into a Great Lord unto which can learn Aether.

On Birthright.

Deploy only Ryoma and Corrin.

Fill Corrin's inventory with healing items.

Pair up with Ryoma (with Raijinto)

Enter enemies' range.

Skip turn.

Profit \o/
