So, as most people that have a Wii U and follow the eShop probably already know, new eShop games come out nearly every Thursday. Recently, they have been focusing on GBA games. I picked up 'Fire Emblem' when it first hit the eShop, and I thought that Scared Stones would follow shortly, but it has almost been 2 months and it still hasn't appeared on the eShop. I think it's already on the 3DS eshop (I'm not sure though), so I imagine it will appear on the Wii U eShop soon, but I can barely contain my excitement while I wait for it.

So my question is: Do you like Fire Emblem or Sacred Stones better? I've beaten Fire Emblem multiple times and I can't wait for Sacred Stones on the eShop, but honestly, I still think Fire Emblem is better than Sacred Stones.

Sacred Stones isn't on the Wii U eShop, but it's been available through the Ambassador Program on the 3DS eShop.

Overall, I liked Fire Emblem (FE7 / Blazing Sword) a lot more than Sacred Stones, because it was more challenging, I liked the characters a lot more (Lyn >>>>> Eirika, etc.), and the story in that game had more of my interest.

I think I like sacred stones better. I played sacred stones first, then I got fire emblem later on and I liked sacred stones better. The characters in sacred stones were better imo and I liked the fighting zombies aspect of the game

Yeah, I agree. I like it a lot more, but I'm still waiting for SS to come to the Wii U eShop, because I still love both games regardless. :D

That would make sense then. Generally, though not always, the first game a person plays in a series is their favorite. :3

Yeah, the zombie aspect was interesting, but I feel they could've handled it better.

The way they left it let you just grind levels against them on the map (in battles they forced you into) or in the tower (thus making the game easier than it already was), and having to go through the second bonus dungeon three times for total completion is just pain, though I suppose that's slightly more of an issue I have with the game rather than with the zombies.

The successful parsing of battle, dialogue, and set-up sessions in Sacred Stones demonstrates again that the GBA might not be a Revolution, but it's something I sure would revisit time after time.
