I just bought a Fitbit Charge HR due to the doctor wanting it to monitor my heart rate and steps, as I have trouble with anxiety, blood pressure, and am supposed to have less than 6000 steps a day at this time for health reasons.
It's nifty, but I was wondering if anyone here uses these and if they are truly accurate? Mine hasn't has a heart rate under 110 all day. I find it amazing that my doctor is able to have me graph my activity and heart rate with a bracelet.
