fix kindle fire hd that wont turn on

post ways of turning on a kindle that wont turn on here. my way: hold power for 10 secs, then rapidly push the button until the screen turns on. i hope this really helps;)
 
I found that my Kindle Fire used to this a lot. I would hold the button down for 30 seconds and then release the button wait for a few seconds before pushing on the button again this should fix it too :).

I also stick it on the charger which may happen to fix the problem too, I found this way on accident. My HD wasn't dead but the charger will trick the Kindle into thinking it's needing a charge and it will boot up and have the screen switch on.:)
