I've been looking for a free japanese course online but all the one I've found didn't even reach the alphabet. Plz help

I'd say download a Genki PDF, Genki is amazing! I think they also teach you the alphabet in the beginning, but you could always use Memrise to learn kana

I didn't even use course.
I drill the 2 kana, learn basic grammar and start reading with a dictionary
