I hate to break it to you, but no one, literally NO ONE is going to visit let alone participate. For starters, the very title of this post is misleading- this is not a "giveaway", it is a "raffle". And a pretty darn pathetic bad raffle too, as not only do you have to pay 15 PC, but there is also a probability ratio involved in this?! No one in a sane mind would ever participate in this, as Froakie's can be bought off the web for less then something like a 3PC value. I hate to come off rude or harsh, but- people wouldn't be willing to involve in this at all... This is practically throwing your money away...
