Mario Kart Funny story

My mom gets mad when I freak out when playing mk8. She would say there is no excuse to act that way...

So the other day me and my mom were racing.we were on 100cc. she was doing good in 2nd place. she was bout to reach finish but then EVERYONE bombs her with shells, in the end she had fell back to 12th place. She started flipping out ranting and raging at the tv flailing her arms like a monkey. I laughed so hard at her. She got mad and made me stop playing the game. Just a lil something I felt like sharing.

lol That is really funny xD I kinda feel bad for her but after saying that, it is kinda funny. She is lucky she hasn't experinced the true horrors of MK8 :scaried:

if i attack her she quits playing. i had a bannana and she so happened to slip on one, she pinned it on me. but i was stilll holdingit!

Guess that perhaps parents can easily get so fustrated with nowadays games because of the concept ides I would have actually done the same if that happened to me XD

yeah.We played sme more today. the game is tearing is apart fast...we fight and argue...she was so into the game she got mad when my battery ran out. it froze the game. I messed up her groove XD

Sounds like double standards to me lol. Hopefully your mom now knows what it feels like to be mad at a game haha. It's hard to contain yourself when taking a blow by an item, especially playing in battle mode (shells everywhere).

First off your mom is cool for playing with you. Second, I think anyone would get mad after falling from 2nd all the way to 12th at the end of the race. Mario Kart is best known for having some of the most random things to happen in the race, I think your mom just had a little taste of what really makes MK8 some rage material like what @Chopper said. Take her to 200CC next time

But at least not every time you play. Once I played the original N64 game and I kept being beaten by both the game itself an my friend always coming in last. So when she walked away I quickly started a new game thinking that at least I would be last. After 2 minutes or so she walked in and quickly grabbed a controller. I managed to drive straight into a wall and guess who got last place again? Even when I cheat I lose!
