You don't have Psycho Cut or Zen HeardBUtt, which are Gallade's most powerful STAB move. I would have traded out Shadow Sneak for something like Close Combat or Swords Dance for boosted attack stats. Instead of Adamant nature, jolly could also work as well.

There really isn't any reason not to use Galladeite over Assault Vest, nature should be Jolly to speed tie with other base 110s like Gengar and the Latis while outspeeding base 100s and above like Mega Gardevoir and Landorus, EVs should be 252 Atk and 252 Speed to make sure it outspeeds what it needs to while optimizing its role as a wall breaker. Sword Dance + 3 Attacks is the standard set however Skill Swap can be considered as it gives it a reliable way of dealing with Mega Sableye, who would otherwise be a hard counter.
