Gen 6 Game Restart Question

Hey guys,
So I am deciding to reset my Sapphire game, so before I do, I have to ask you guys a question.

I already have the mystery gift for Diancie, but I have not redeemed it. If I restart my game, can I still redeem my Diancie? I want to make sure so that I do not miss out on Diancie later.

Any answers would be helpful, thank you!

It's gonna go away. Pick it up from the lady at the Pokemon Center then transfer to another game/Pokebank if you wanna preserve it. It would've helped to download the diancie event after you resetted. Same goes with the event dragonite code if you used that up as well, transfer them to another game before resetting,
